    Terms & Conditions
    BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

    50% down payment is required as confirmation upon reservation.
    The remaining balance and add-ons charges are due within 1 month prior to the event date.
    The down payment is strictly non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT

    Will be collected 1 month prior to the event date.
    Security deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after the event upon confirmation of no damages or missing items.
    Client will be fully responsible in the event of any damages or loss of items (including rentals) during the event and shall be fully liable to full
    compensation.

    DISCLAIMER

    The Estate reserves the right to cancel any bookings in the event the client fails to pay the balance payment within the stipulated time.
    Garden by 17 is not liable for any consequences arising from such cancellation.
    Garden by 17 is not liable for any losses or damages of personal properties on the event day.
